Population and Community Health Advisory Committee

The Population and Community Health Advisory Committee is comprised of population health, community health, and health system leaders who contribute to the strategic direction for AHA’s community and population health activities and programming by:

Serving as the voice of the field, by providing intel on trends and emerging priorities in population health management, community health and related topics
Participating in quarterly meetings and reviewing email updates
Providing feedback and strategic guidance on AHA population and community health programs and products, including conference development and growth
Promoting AHA population and community health activities to colleagues, professional networks, organizations and individuals
